Eve Wood (Evie) is naturally shy and often feels misplaced. She doesn’t belong wholly to the wizarding world nor to the Muggle world, and she is keenly aware of this fact. She chose a magical future when she decided to attend Hogwarts instead of the secondary school where her mates were going, but she often wonders how different her life might be had she chosen the other path. She is terrified of most boys and is incredibly awkward when speaking to them, so she usually tries not to. She always thinks before she speaks and chooses her words very carefully, but she means exactly what she says. She does not often lose her temper but she cries easily. Because she is so shy, she has few friends and does not open up easily. She has a nervous habit of tapping on things, usually to the melody of whatever music is playing in her head at that time. She is very creative and writes poetry, draws, and composes music regularly. She is loyal to a fault – she refuses to believe anything negative or suspicious she hears about them, and this has caused her pain in the past. Her music is her one true love, and anyone who has seen her play describes the experience as watching a transformation.
